With over 20 years of experience in leadership consulting, team development, and coaching, she has supported organizations like NASA and the USPTO in building high-performing, connected teams. Jennifer combines her background in I/O psychology with a playful, hands-on approach to create workshops and experiences that leave a lasting impact.
